Your First Visit
After you call our Arlington dental office to schedule an appointment, you can then fill out your new dental patient forms online by clicking on the link in the section below. When you arrive to our office, simply give your information to our front desk staff to input into our system, then we will guide you back to one of our cozy operatories. You’ll have a chance to speak with Dr. Patel or Dr. Gajera directly about any concerns you may have, and our team will guide you through the next steps, depending on what type of appointment you’ve scheduled.

We’re incredibly dental insurance-friendly and are happy to file insurance claims for all PPO dental plans. Our goal is to maximize your benefits and minimize your out-of-pocket costs to the best of our ability.
